Yes. The helicopter seat limit is 300 lbs per person; if you weigh over 300 lbs, you will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be given. If any passenger weighs in at or over 250 lbs, you will be charged an additional fee of $250. Your group may also be charged an additional fee of $250 if combined passenger weight exceeds aircraft limits and you need multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft.
Wear layers so you can adjust to changing conditions. Bring an outer waterproof/windproof layer and a warm base layer. Wear closed-toe, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread). A hat, gloves, warm socks, and sunglasses are also recommended.
Bring a small personal backpack with items like extra layers, rain gear, snacks, camera, sunglasses, hat, gloves, sunscreen, and an empty water bottle (you can fill it with glacier water). Lunch is not provided (only light snacks), so bring your own lunch if you do not purchase an excursion lunch pack during booking.
