Actual weight is taken at check-in, and inaccurate weight at booking may prevent you from being accommodated and may result in no refund. If your party exceeds aircraft total passenger weight limits, an additional fee of $250 may apply.

Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of your designated tour time, 50% of the booking fees will be refunded. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.

Wear layers and closed-toed, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread are preferred). Bring a hat, gloves, and sunglasses, and consider a waterproof/windproof outer layer. Skip extra clothing and excess baggage due to helicopter weight limits; you can bring an empty water bottle and a camera.
