Helicopter seat weight limit is 300 lbs; parties exceeding aircraft total weight limits may incur a $250 additional fee. Any passenger weighing in at or over 250 lbs will be charged an additional fee of $250.
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of the designated tour time, 50% of booking fees refunded. Full refund or credit if operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time for a safety briefing, gear sizing, and instructions. If you arrive late, you may not be able to fly and you may not be refunded.
Wear layers and plan for changing conditions. Bring an outer waterproof/windproof layer, a warm base layer, a hat, gloves, extra warm socks, and sunglasses. Wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread).
Paddleboarding gear includes a drysuit, neoprene boots, personal flotation device, helmet, microspikes, paddles, and paddleboards. Trekking gear includes mountaineering boots, a harness, a helmet, and crampons. Ice climbing gear includes mountaineering boots, a harness, a helmet, crampons, ice axes, and ropes.
