- Sign an assumption-of-risk and liability waiver before boarding
- Arrive on time; crew check-in begins about 10 minutes before departure, and delays do not extend a private sail
- Children 12 and under must wear a life vest; life jackets are available to borrow
- Follow captain and crew safety directions; unsafe or offensive behavior may shorten the sail
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 9 days before departure. Receive a 50% refund when cancelling between 9 days and 48 hours before departure. No refund less than 48 hours before departure. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions.
