How early should we arrive, and how long does check-in and orientation take?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the drop-off time. Check-in and orientation take about 20–30 minutes depending on your group, and orientation can’t start until paperwork is completed.

Where do we meet, and where is parking at Vasa Park?
Meet near the boat launch at Vasa Park Resort (3560 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Bellevue). Vehicle parking is located across the street from the park.

What do we need to complete before our rental date?
Everyone in your group must sign the liability release and rules sheet before the rental date. Anyone who intends to operate a watercraft is also asked to review the operator preparation material provided with the booking notes.

What do I need to bring for the damage deposit hold at check-in?
Bring a credit card with enough available credit for a hold of $1,000 per jet ski on the morning of your rental. The hold is released upon the safe return of the equipment, and equipment can’t be released until the hold is placed.

What should we know about shallow water near the shoreline at Lake Sammamish?
The shoreline has many shallow and rocky areas. To help avoid impeller damage, do not have the jet ski turned on in shallow (less than 5 feet) water.
