Hike Wallace Falls with Cascade Mountain views and included lunch
6-8 Hours
Transport, lunch, permits
Explore Wallace Falls on a guided hike from Seattle, with three waterfalls along the Wallace River. Follow a moderate 6-mile round-trip trail and stop for lunch at the lower, middle, or upper falls.
Ages 12+.
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. The operator goes out rain or shine, and will only cancel if dangerous conditions (such as lightning or high winds) make the trail unsafe; in that case, you can get a full refund or reschedule.
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Dress in layers (for example: shirt, fleece or down coat, and a rain coat) and avoid cotton because it won’t dry once wet.
No. The hike is doable in sneakers, but hiking shoes are recommended.
Bring water. A hat and sunglasses are recommended for sun protection, and insect repellent is a good idea.

Josh leads most of these hiking adventures, and he clearly knows his stuff. Travelers rave about his expertise in geology, botany, and local wildlife—apparently those eagle eyes regularly spot bears, mountain goats, and other Cascade creatures. The company specializes in full-day guided hikes to Mt. Rainier and the North Cascades, with door-to-door transportation from Seattle that eliminates the hassle of car rentals. Guides like Sophia, Sonya, Teresa, and Elena also get glowing mentions for their knowledge and easygoing attitudes. The pacing seems perfectly calibrated for different fitness levels, with multiple hikers over 60 mentioning they never felt overwhelmed. Guides adapt to your speed, stop for photos whenever you want, and handle all the logistics so you can focus on the experience. The personal touches stand out too—shared photo albums after the hike, fresh huckleberries to sample on the trail, and gear like hiking poles if you forget yours. Solo travelers particularly appreciate the friendly, welcoming vibe that makes the day feel like hiking with a knowledgeable friend rather than a formal tour.
Such a fun experience. I did the Mt Rainier hike on the 4th. The smaller group is so nice to be able to get to know everyone, make friends, and learn some new things. 5/5 because the guides knew a lot about flowers and bear spray (we DEFINITELY learned a lot about bear spray on our trip haha) I can’t wait to do the North Cascades hike as well. Sophia and Carmelo are awesome.
