- Ages 0–17 require an accompanying adult age 18 or older.
- Leave outside food and drinks ashore, including bottled water. Do not smoke or vape on board.

- Stay in the boarding line after check-in to keep your boarding order. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
- Be on board at least 5 minutes before departure or you will miss the boat. Allow extra travel time for traffic and parking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. No refund if you miss the boat or arrive with fewer passengers without prior notice. Cruises run rain or shine; scattered or isolated showers do not cause cancellation. If the captain cancels for weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn't an option.
