Late arrivals or anyone unable to operate safely or under the influence may be refused participation.
All sales are final. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit all payments. The company may reschedule or cancel for safety or severe weather; if the company cancels and you cannot reschedule, a full refund may be offered. Late arrivals may forfeit funds or have the tour shortened.
