• Ages 16–17 require adult guardian accompaniment

• If you are the primary renter, bring a government-issued photo ID and credit card
• Wear a helmet at all times and lock the bike to an appropriate structure whenever it is unattended
• Follow local traffic laws and rental safety instructions
• Do not operate an electric bike while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication
• Pregnant riders and riders with health or mobility concerns should consult a healthcare provider before participating
• Return the bike and all equipment directly to staff inside the shop by the agreed return time; additional rental charges may apply until accepted
• Expect reasonable repair or replacement charges for rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged beyond ordinary wear, or not returned
