Important details
- Ages 16+ only
- Ages 16–17 require adult guardian accompaniment
- Safe bicycle riding experience is required
- Requires independent balance, steering, pedaling, braking, and the ability to place one foot securely on the ground when stopped
- If you are the primary renter, bring a government-issued photo ID and credit card
- Wear a helmet at all times and lock the bike to an appropriate structure whenever it is unattended
- Follow local traffic laws and rental safety instructions
- Do not operate an electric bike while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication
- Pregnant riders and riders with health or mobility concerns should consult a healthcare provider before participating
- Return the bike and all equipment directly to staff inside the shop by the agreed return time; additional rental charges may apply until accepted
- Expect reasonable repair or replacement charges for rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged beyond ordinary wear, or not returned
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 72 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
