Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase; courses are nonrefundable after 48 hours. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or inability to complete the course.
FAQs
Your training may move to an alternate land-based location up to 80 miles from the shop. Transportation is not provided. Reschedule for a future day if you prefer not to attend at the alternate location; no partial refund applies for an alternate location.
Bring a bathing suit, towel, hat, sunglasses, environmentally friendly sunscreen, food and drinks, personal items, and your own mask, snorkel, and fins. Snorkeling equipment is available to rent or purchase.
Use free parking at the shop. Arrange your own transportation to and from the class.
