Full refund more than 10 days before start; 50% charge from 10 days to 24 hours; full charge within 24 hours. Severe weather allows penalty-free postponement with a voucher; rain or clouds don't qualify. If no functioning product or service is available, you'll receive a full refund. Breakdowns during rental receive a partial refund based on time and cause.
