Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase may receive a full or partial refund. After 48 hours, dive courses and experiences are nonrefundable. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, inability to complete dives, or partial dives.
FAQs
Use free parking at the shop. Transportation is not provided, so arrange your own travel to and from the pool experience.
Bring a hat, sunglasses, environmentally friendly sunscreen, food and drinks, and personal items. A rashguard is recommended but not required.
Tips are never expected. For excellent instruction, a tip of 15% or more of the course fee is suggested.
