Know before you go
- Ages 12+ only
- Requires strong physical fitness, stamina, coordination, and comfort with exposure
- Requires hiking 5+ miles over rugged, uneven terrain and sustained scrambling
- No prior canyoneering experience is required
- Wear closed-toe shoes with good traction; flip-flops and sandals without heel straps are not allowed
- Bring 3–4 liters of water per person, sun protection, snacks or a light lunch, and quick-dry clothing or a swimsuit
- Disclose relevant recent injuries, medical conditions, or medical history that may affect safety
Cancellation Policy
For groups of 1–6, cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund; 3–13 days ahead for a refund minus a $20 per-person deposit; under 72 hours, no refund. No-shows or incorrect bookings are charged in full. Rescheduling, if possible, costs $40 per group. For groups of 7+, the 10% deposit is nonrefundable unless the operator cancels due to weather or logistics. Full refund if canceled for unsafe weather.
