- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is settled upon return; a $100 security deposit is held on your card until fuel is paid
- Keep the pontoon out of the ocean at all times
- Bring only beer or wine if bringing alcohol; liquor is prohibited
- Note that restroom facilities are not available onboard

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Bookings made within 48 hours cannot be canceled. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
