- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in; the boat departs at the reserved time
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3 days or more before departure for a 50% refund. No refund within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-show. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
