- This tour involves a moderate amount of walking
- The walking tour is not wheelchair accessible
- Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome
- The tour stays on the USA side of Niagara Falls and does not include the Canadian side
- Do not bring large bags, weapons, or alcohol
- The boat operates subject to weather conditions. When it is not operating, the Observation Tower replaces the boat tour
- Winter ice may limit or prevent access to some areas, including Luna Island and the Observation Tower
- Your scheduled departure time is for the walking tour. For 10am, 12pm, and 2pm departures, you can take the boat afterward. For 4pm and 8:30pm departures, plan to take the boat before your walk or the next day
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Tours leave on time and cannot wait for late arrivals
