If dolphin sightings and open water adventure are on your Marco Island bucket list, this outfit consistently delivers. Guides like Marco, Bradley, AJ, and Captain Ron show up with genuine enthusiasm and solid local knowledge, regularly steering groups into spots where dolphin pods practically surround the wave runners. The Ten Thousand Islands tour earns especially strong praise, with reviewers noting that having a guide unlocks hidden channels and wildlife encounters you'd simply miss on a solo rental. Beyond the jet ski tours, parasailing and banana boat rides get equally glowing feedback, with the crew praised for keeping things safe, fun, and well-organized across the board. There was one report of the operation wrapping up before the posted closing time, worth keeping in mind if you're planning a late-afternoon visit. That said, it reads as an isolated experience in an otherwise very positive track record. The overall impression is a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, and that energy translates to guests. Whether it's a family outing, a group of nine going parasailing, or even a private memorial tribute on the water, the staff seems to rise to the occasion. If you're on the fence, most reviewers say just book it.
Awesome channel and back islands tour with (of course his name was) Marco. It was a pretty windy day and he kept a great eye on us over open water. When we got to the mangroves, nothing but fun trails, tons of dolphins…tbh pretty emotional seeing them in the wild like that. Thanks Marco!!
