- One-hour rentals do not allow operator changes; switching operators or passengers requires an additional hour

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 24 hours before your reservation; allow 48 hours for 3 or more jet skis or captained charters. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit rental fees and deposits. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cold, gray weather, showers, drizzle, or excessive heat do not trigger cancellation.
