Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes at least 24 hours before start; 48 hours is required for 3 or more jet skis or captained charters. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit all rental fees and deposits. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The operator will not cancel for cold or gray weather, showers, drizzle, or excessive heat.
