Smoking is prohibited. Only soft white-sole shoes are allowed on deck; otherwise shoes must be removed, and heels and dark-soled shoes must be removed before boarding. No red wine or hard spirits permitted. A 10–15% gratuity for captain and crew is suggested, and food and beverages are not included.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance. Cancellations within 30 days are charged 25% of total bill; less than 72 hours are charged 75% of total bill. Transfer to another date is complimentary if communicated 72 hours in advance.
