Build a private guided hike that matches your pace and plan
2 to 12 people
Choose a private guided hike tailored to your fitness level, location, time frame, and budget. Hike with your group and adjust the day to your preferences.
Minimum group size is 2 hikers. Groups up to 12 are possible, but the guide can only drive 4 people, so plan extra transportation as needed.
Full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Wear layers and bring a jacket, sunglasses, and (in winter) a hat and gloves. Hiking shoes or boots are recommended, especially in winter; waterproof or water-resistant footwear helps if trails are snowy or icy. Bring a backpack, a reusable water bottle with 48 ounces of water, and any snacks you like.
Plan to carpool to the trailhead. The guide can drive up to 4 people, so you may need extra vehicles if your group is larger. If there aren’t enough cars, the group may use a rideshare to help with transportation, which can limit trail options.
Colorado weather can change quickly, and mountain temperatures can be 20–30 degrees cooler than Denver. Hikes usually continue in rain or snow, but the hike may be canceled if there is lightning nearby or heavy snow that creates potentially dangerous driving or hiking conditions.
Adrienne and Brian have built something special here, and it shows in every review. Both guides bring genuine enthusiasm to the trails, tailoring each hike to match their groups' abilities and interests. Adrienne gets consistent praise for her warmth and local knowledge, while Brian stands out for his humor and ability to make everyone feel comfortable. People repeatedly mention how personable both guides are, sharing history and plant facts, cracking jokes, and capturing great photos along the way. One guest even discovered Adrienne had filmed a surprise proposal! The flexibility here is a real strength. Guides meet groups at local spots like Huckleberry Roasters, then head to trails like Mount Falcon, Chief Mountain, and Red Rocks that showcase Colorado's stunning scenery without being overwhelming. First-time visitors and experienced hikers alike appreciate the well-paced outings with plenty of breaks and accommodations for different fitness levels. Safety is clearly a priority, but the vibe stays relaxed and fun. This feels like hiking with a knowledgeable friend rather than a formal tour, which is exactly what makes it memorable.
