Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Footwear that stays on in water is required; sandals must attach around the ankle, no flip-flops. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the full amount will be charged. Weather cancellations are at the operator's discretion; if canceled due to weather, they will reschedule or there will be no charge. If your trip returns early due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a partial refund.
