Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before scheduled time. Cancellations after that are charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside; if they cancel due to weather, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for any payments made.

Wear clothing that would be comfortable for a walk on the beach that day. Bring sun protection and a bottle of water for each person.
Check in at the outdoor kiosk (desk) between the parking lot and the docks. Look for OUTSIDE HILTON HEAD on the awnings.
Park in the lot at the end of Shelter Cove Lane. If that lot is full, park near the shops to the left of the Neptune statue, then walk toward the water and follow the pathway left to the desk near the southwest corner of the marina.
