Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after that are charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside; if they cancel and rescheduling is not possible, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for payments made.
FAQs
Pay at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your excursion departure time, you may receive a cancellation email.
Wear a bathing suit or clothing you don’t mind getting wet. Bring sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and a bottle of water for each person. During spring and fall mornings and evenings, bug spray may be necessary.
Your lesson includes a stand-up paddleboard, paddle, leash, and PFD (personal flotation device).
