Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations after that deadline are charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at Outside's sole discretion; if Outside cancels due to weather, there will be no charge or you will receive a credit for payments made.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Check in at the outdoor kiosk (desk) located between the parking lot and the docks, near the southwest corner of the marina next to the Ship Store and ELA’s on the Water Restaurant.
Parking can fill up quickly during summer. Arrive early to secure parking. If the lot near the outpost is full, use additional parking near the shops to the left of the Neptune statue and walk along the waterside pathway to the desk.
