Pro Rafting Tours earns consistent praise for their friendly, knowledgeable guides who create memorable experiences on the Provo River. Jake stands out in multiple reviews for his expertise and welcoming personality, while Scott, Heidi, Kayleigh, Max, and Annika also receive glowing mentions. Guides take time to let families play in the water, share local recommendations like nearby Bridal Veil Falls, and handle large groups with patience and professionalism. The outfit accommodates diverse groups beautifully, from Scout troops earning merit badges to international visitors and multi-generational families. The Provo River itself offers scenic, peaceful floating rather than intense whitewater, which works perfectly for first-timers and families with young children. They provide both guided tours and self-guided options with clear instructions and convenient transportation back to vehicles. The overall experience runs smoothly from start to finish, with tours typically lasting just over an hour on the water. Multiple reviewers mention their kids couldn't stop talking about the trip, which speaks volumes about the fun, family-friendly atmosphere these guides create.
Our family had a wonderful time with Pro Rafting Tour’s guided tour down the Provo River. Although our kids had been down rapids before, my wife and I had never tried anything like it. I was slightly nervous but excited at the same time. As it turned out, there were no serious rapids and the whole tour was peaceful and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Scott Hamilton, was great. He was humorous and at one point stopped so those who wanted to could play in the water. He made sure that the passengers on each side of the raft got splashed. We had a great time.
