- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour
- Ages 9+ only
- Participants under 18 must be paired with an adult
- Maximum weight is 200 lbs per person
- Present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in
- Barefoot or water socks only; shoes are not allowed
- Wear a life jacket at all times and follow guide instructions
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with back, neck, or heart conditions
- Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and sharp objects are not allowed
- Rain may occur; light or passing showers do not qualify for refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a refund. Bookings made within 48 hours, and cancellations within 48 hours, are final with no refunds or rescheduling. If the operator cancels for safety reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
