Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for the safety briefing
- Ages 10+ only
- Maximum weight: 300 lbs per person
- All minors must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times on the water
- Stay within the navigation zones explained during your briefing
- Sign a liability waiver before beginning the activity
- Alcohol and drug use are prohibited
- You are responsible for damage to the board or paddle during your session
- A minimum $50 rescue or towing fee, not included in the listed price, applies if you need rescue after ignoring safety boundaries or wind guidance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your rental time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Rentals proceed in light rain. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather, you will receive a full refund or reschedule.
