Important details

• At least one person in your group must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Suspended or revoked licenses are not accepted.
• Side-by-side drivers must be 30+ with a valid driver's license. Bring your license to present at the office. Two- and four-seat rentals are for intermediate and advanced drivers.
• Riders under 18 on single-seat quads require an accompanying adult with a valid driver's license riding a separate machine.
• Single-seat quad riders must meet Oregon rider-fit requirements: fingers must extend beyond the brake and clutch levers, knees must bend at least 45 degrees with feet on the pegs, and arms must remain bent while sitting upright. Requires turning the handlebars fully in both directions while maintaining grip, throttle and brake control.
• Side-by-side passengers require a properly fitted helmet and seatbelt, with their back against the seat and feet on the floor. Eligibility depends on actual size and fit.
• Requires physical and mental fitness to ride safely, understand the rules and sign your own name. Pregnancy, impaired use or absence of body parts, and injuries, casts, braces or boots that impair riding or driving are not permitted. Service may be refused for safety concerns.
• No animals are allowed in or on rental machines.
• Bring a credit or debit card for the damage deposit; the cardholder must be present. Cash, gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted for deposits. If each rider is responsible for a separate machine, each needs their own card.
• Side-by-side rentals require a $3,000 damage-deposit hold per machine for 1 business day, separate from the listed price.
• Single-seat quad rentals typically have no funds held, but a card copy is required at rental. A damage-deposit hold of up to $500 per machine may apply. You are responsible for damage you cause; damage charges are not included in the listed price.
• Do not consume alcohol on the day of your rental or use recreational drugs.
• Staff lead you to the dune entrance only. Navigate back to the office independently before your rental period ends.
• Arrive 45 minutes early for paperwork and preparation, or 60 minutes early for groups of 8+. Your rental starts at the reserved time; arriving late reduces your riding time.
