- Weight limit: 300 lbs for a solo kayak and 550 lbs for a tandem kayak
- Arrive before the scheduled start time, as tours begin on time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before start for a refund. No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. No refund or rescheduling if you exceed equipment weight limits. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or any reason.
