With a stellar reputation built on friendly staff and beautiful waterside locations, this paddleboard and kayak rental operation delivers consistently positive experiences. Customers rave about the helpful teams at spots like Quiet Waters Park, where the calm waters and tree-lined coves make for gorgeous paddling. The equipment quality impresses, and thoughtful touches like welcoming dogs at no extra charge and offering delivery service show attention to what matters. Special experiences like SUP yoga with Allie, eco tours with guide Jack, and kids' summer camps earn particular praise for knowledgeable, personable leadership. The operation does seem to run informally, which works for most visitors but occasionally means signage could be clearer or instructions more thorough. One recent sunrise tour experience fell short of expectations with disorganized setup and missed timing, though this appears to be an outlier among otherwise glowing feedback. The vast majority of paddlers find the staff welcoming and the locations well-suited for both beginners trying SUP for the first time and regulars returning season after season.
