• Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Requires climbing 380 stairs after taking the elevator partway
• Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees at the Vatican
• Bring an official form of ID for Colosseum entry
• Large bags and weapons are not allowed inside the Vatican
• Wheelchairs, scooters, and other mobility aids cannot be accommodated on this route
• Enter the Colosseum independently in the afternoon during your assigned timed entry between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM
• Expect possible restrictions to St. Peter’s Basilica during events or ceremonies
