Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after that deadline will be charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at Outside's sole discretion; if Outside cancels due to weather, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for payments made.
FAQs
Pay for the excursion at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your excursion departure time, you may receive a cancellation email.
Wear a bathing suit or clothing you do not mind getting wet. Bring sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and a bottle of water for each person. In spring and fall mornings and evenings, bug spray may be necessary.
