Learn the basics of surfing on the Wai Kai Wave, designed for first-timers and novice riders. Slide into the wave and get coached throughout your 45-minute session.
You must be at least 10 years old, able to swim, and at least 4 feet tall. Weight minimum is listed as 80 lbs in some materials and 90 lbs in others—confirm the requirement with Greetwell before booking. Outside food and beverage are not allowed.
Refunds available if you cancel at least 48 hours before start, minus a $5 administrative fee per transaction. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit 100% of the amount paid. Operator may cancel for unsafe conditions (e.g. high winds or lightning); then they will reschedule or provide a refund for the cancelled activity.
Yes. Complete your activity waiver in advance if possible; if you don’t, you must complete it on-site before you can participate.
Bring your ID and booking confirmation, swimwear suitable for high-flow water, and a towel. Use reef-safe sunscreen.
Yes, you may bring your own surfboard. The operator is not liable for dings or damage to personal gear.
