Refunds are permitted with cancellation 48 hours or more prior to start time. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour cannot be refunded. Full refund if the Museum cancels the tour in the event of extreme weather.
Bring a filled water bottle, wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather. Use the restroom before the tour starts, and plan to keep moving (the tour does not include time for stops at businesses unless there is an emergency).
The tour runs rain or shine. In extreme weather (such as thunder, lightning, ice storm, or heat warnings), the Museum may cancel the tour.
