Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable unless the train is canceled. Trains operate in all weather and close only if Connecticut declares a state of emergency; canceled trains are refunded. Transfers may be available at least 7 days before departure for a $10 per-reservation fee, subject to space availability and approval.
