All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds. If you arrive at the Ticket Desk inside UN Headquarters more than 15 minutes after your tour starts, your ticket may be canceled without a refund.
FAQs
If you are 18 or older, bring an original government-issued photo ID from a UN Member State or Non-Member Observer State, printed in Latin characters. Accepted IDs include a passport, driver's license, national identity card, or IDNYC card. Military IDs, photocopies, and digital images are not accepted.

Tours run on weekdays, with the first tour at 9:30 AM and the last at 4:45 PM. United Nations Headquarters is closed on weekends and certain holidays.
