Important details
- Military admission requires a valid ID
- Arrive by 4 p.m. from April through October or by 3 p.m. from November 1 through December 23 for last entry
- Visit from November 1 through December 23 only when conditions are dry and 45°F or warmer; closed Thanksgiving Day
- Plan visits between April 1 and December 23; the preserve closes for the season from December 24 through March
Cancellation Policy
All admissions are non-refundable. Tickets may be used any day the preserve is open during the 2026 season.

Enter from 9 a.m. May 1–September 30. First entry begins at 10 a.m. April 1–30, October 1–31, and November 1–December 23.
You may tour for up to 60 minutes after the last entry time. Some exhibits and activities close 60 minutes before the preserve closes.
