- Arrive at least 60 minutes before your tour for security screening
- Visitors ages 18+ need an original government-issued photo ID from a UN Member State or Non-Member Observer State in Latin characters; digital images, photocopies and military IDs are not accepted
- Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under age 5 are not permitted on the tour
- Dress appropriately for the United Nations’ professional working environment
- A 6% booking fee applies

All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds are offered. If you arrive at the Ticket Desk inside UN Headquarters more than 15 minutes after your tour starts, your ticket may be canceled without a refund.
