Wine country cycling gets elevated to an art form here, thanks to outstanding staff who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences. Preston gets consistent praise for thoughtful trip planning and exceptional customer service, while Steve stands out as a particularly knowledgeable and kind guide who knows exactly which vineyards to visit and how to keep everyone safe and comfortable on the roads. The quality e-bikes make even longer rides manageable, and the team takes real time to adjust equipment and explain how everything works before you head out. Groups of all sizes and abilities report fantastic experiences, from couples to multigenerational gatherings spanning ages 9 to 80. The staff provides helpful route suggestions that avoid busy roads, plus recommendations for winery stops along the way. Beyond biking, they also offer kayaking tours on the Russian River with guides like Eric who know the area intimately. Reasonable prices and accommodating owners round out what's clearly a well-run operation where attention to detail matters, whether you're doing a guided tour or exploring independently with their maps and directions.
My wife and I did a self-guided Ebike trip in early July and had a marvelous time. The bikes were easy to use, and the route very easy to follow. When my bike had a technical problem (probably a loose connection somewhere), Randy arrived with a replacement bike within fifteen minutes. This is definitely worth your while!
