Customers may receive a refund or credit, less a $32.00 administrative fee. Cancellations for Provo River day trips must be made within 24 hours of scheduled trip launch times to receive full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled trip launch times are handled on case-by-case and refunds are not guaranteed. Customers will also receive a refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Our family had a wonderful time with Pro Rafting Tour’s guided tour down the Provo River. Although our kids had been down rapids before, my wife and I had never tried anything like it. I was slightly nervous but excited at the same time. As it turned out, there were no serious rapids and the whole tour was peaceful and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Scott Hamilton, was great. He was humorous and at one point stopped so those who wanted to could play in the water. He made sure that the passengers on each side of the raft got splashed. We had a great time.
