Cancellation policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless weather prevents departure. If conditions are unsafe before the outing you may reschedule or receive a refund. Once the boat has left the dock, no refunds are given for rain.

We had a bachelorette group of 14 and had an absolutely amazing time! The slides and lily pad were a blast and made the day so much fun. The office was a little busy with walk-in customers, so even though we had completed all waivers online, check-in took a bit longer than expected. However, they went above and beyond by giving us extra time on the water to make up for it—which was a wonderful surprise and excellent customer service.
