I recently had my truck detailed by this company. After the initial service, I noticed that the exterior still had a few areas with dirt, grime, and grease that had been missed. I reached out to the company, and Emily responded quickly and professionally. They offered to either have me bring the truck to their location or send someone back out. I chose to have someone come back, and Marco returned to rewash the exterior. We walked around the truck together afterward to make sure everything met my expectations, and I was very happy with the final result. I also want to give Marco the credit he deserves. He was working in extremely hot weather, yet he remained friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the entire experience. He was easy to talk to, receptive to my concerns, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished result. That kind of attitude says a lot about both him and the company. I really appreciate a business that stands behind its work and takes customer concerns seriously. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they're handled. Their willingness to make things right and ensure I was satisfied speaks well of their customer service. Thank you to Emily, Marco, and the rest of the team for resolving everything professionally.
