I recently had my truck detailed by this company. After the initial service, I noticed that the exterior still had a few areas with dirt, grime, and grease that had been missed. I reached out to the company, and Emily responded quickly and professionally. They offered to either have me bring the truck to their location or send someone back out. I chose to have someone come back, and Marco returned to rewash the exterior. We walked around the truck together afterward to make sure everything met my expectations, and I was very happy with the final result. I also want to give Marco the credit he deserves. He was working in extremely hot weather, yet he remained friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the entire experience.
