Cancellation Policy
No refunds for canceled reservations. No-shows are charged 100% of the Driving Experience cost. For weather-related cancellations, travelers from out of state who cannot use their credit receive a full refund.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
If a reserved vehicle has a breakdown or mechanical failure during your 165-Mile tour, a similar vehicle of equal or greater value will be offered when available. Otherwise, you'll receive a credit.
