- Sign the waiver before arrival
- A Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to operate the boat if you were born on or after January 1, 1989
- The boat operator must be legally able to operate safely and responsibly and is responsible for the party’s safety
- Request child-size life vests ahead of time or bring your own
- You may be financially responsible for damages, cleaning, recovery costs, lost rental use, and other authorized charges under the rental agreement

Cancellation Policy
Receive a 90% refund when you cancel 21 days or more before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund is available when you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast or light rain does not qualify.

Renters must be 18 or older. Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the boat. If you were born on or after January 1, 1989, a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required to operate this motorized boat.
Request child-size life vests in advance or bring your own. Standard safety equipment and life vests are included with your boat rental.
