- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time between 9 AM and 6 PM; arrivals more than 30 minutes late require rescheduling, and an additional charge applies
- A signed waiver is required before arrival
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1989 must have a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate
- The boat operator must be legally able and capable of operating the boat safely and is responsible for the party's safety
- Camping is not permitted on this boat
- Request child-size life vests in advance or bring your own
- You may be financially responsible for damage, cleaning, recovery costs, loss of rental use, and other charges under the rental agreement

Cancellation Policy
Get a 90% refund when you cancel 21 or more days before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund when you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast or light rain does not qualify.
