Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Deposits apply only to the booked date and time and are not transferable. Changing your date or time requires a new deposit. Reschedule and cancellation requests within 5 days of the event, and no-shows, are not accommodated.
FAQs
Changes to the selected menu, guest count, add-ons, and favors are accepted until 5 days before your event. After that, your guest count is guaranteed and cannot be reduced.
Leave within 10 minutes of your event end time. Staying longer results in a charge for an additional 30 minutes that is not included in the listed price.
