- Arrive when the kitchen opens 10 minutes before your event
- An 18% gratuity for the culinary team applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Deposits apply only to the booked date and time and are not transferable. Changing your event date or time requires a new deposit. Reschedule or cancellation requests within 5 days of the event and no-shows are not accommodated.
FAQs
Change your menu, guest count, add-ons, and favors up to 5 days before the event. After that, your headcount is guaranteed and cannot be reduced.
Plan to leave within 10 minutes of your event end time. An additional 30-minute charge applies if you stay longer.
