- A valid driver's license is required to operate the pontoon
- A boater's license is required for drivers born after January 1, 1989 under Wisconsin law

- Return the pontoon in the same condition, excluding ordinary wear and tear; damage charges apply
- Return at the agreed time; charges are based on the entire time the pontoon is in your possession
